So we have some gun dealers describing the law. None seemed to advocate f more strict laws. One interesting bit is where one FFL mentioned that a couple prohibited persons who tried to purchase a firearm were arrested. I imagine it was on a state level since the Federal government doesn't seem too interested in enforcing these laws.
This wouldn't be motivated by a desire to bring more business into the licensed dealer's store, now would it? It's something like a book store complaining about people publishing writing on the Internet.
